Dispatch normally responds to any communication via our website chat, emails and/or texts within a few seconds after receiving it
We can process payment with any credit card
Yes, we can pick up and drop off at any commercial airline within a 2-3 hours after a shipment is available for pick up and send it on next flight available, however same day delivery will depend on total flight time, delivery operating hours and other specific requests. Also, new pick up locations have to be processed thru TSA and approved before our couriers are able to pick up from them.
A shipment is normally picked up within 60 min of having been processed. In the case of requests by clients that have never used our service before, it can take a few minutes to get all information and credit card processed before a job is set up and dispatched
Dispatch emails proof of delivery within a few min after every service is completed. We can provide updates after a shipment is picked up if client has requested it. Also, we always communicate with a client when we encounter issues with pick up and/or delivery as soon as driver communicates it to our dispatch team
We have vehicles available of all sizes and partner with companies that specialize on some type of specialized deliveries like LTL or FTL when required to move from one state to another.
We normally don’t handle either cash or jewelry, but occasionally have done so under very strict and secure circumstances
Service is available 24/7/365, however cost of service is 50% more after regular business hours and 100% more on Sundays
